I can find brands here that aren't carried by the larger pet product distributors and customer service is terrific, however the search and filter functions on the website need a major overhaul and the number of marketing and deal emails is overwhelming.

second time trying petflow. First time I was so frustrated with the billing and trying to get the website to accept and retain billing information I deleted my account and went back to my local perstore. I'm thinking of doing the same thing again. The concept is great I just wish the execution was better.

In the two orders that I have placed and received, the product quality is excellent. Ordering is wonderful, especially placing future orders so that I do not run out of food for my dog. BUT the delivery experiences I have had is much to be desired. The first order was delivered to a completely different address. Then the person who received my delivery brought it to me and then chewed me out because my delivery was so heavy for him to carry and that I should make sure that my address is correct. My address was correct - FedEx screwed up. My second order was delivered in two separate delivery dates - four days apart. When I talked to a customer service rep at PetFlow he said he could not understand why my order was separated for different delivery dates. I will give PetFlow one more delivery to see if they can get the delivery correct. The cost of the food was very reasonable initially but it is rising constantly - I know the excuse will be the gasoline prices but I think that customers should get a little break.

I love the pricing on the products and the delivery to my door. There is an issue with the condition of the product when it arrives. I have canned cat food on a recurring order and the cans are always dented. The box is always on the verge of falling apart. This last time, most cans were dented and a couple cans were broken open so I had to throw them out. If the packaging could be improved the site would get 5 stars!

It is great to be able to get the small cans for little pets. However the shipping leaves something to be desired. I have received two shipments thus far. The first box looked as if it had been run over by the Fed Ex truck. When I opened it, several of the cans were broken and the contents spilled all over the cases.

I was very excited to find a company with free shipping to purchase my litter and cat food needs, BUT when my first order arrived, one of the bags of crystal litter had split open and spilled all over the inside of the box.

I would have give 5 stars if have received a response from my two emails and one phone call message about my order. I think this is a great service and wonderful prices...that is not the concern. I ordered a item...that was misleading with the picture and what I received....and I still have not heard back from Petflow.com....it's been over a week. Not good...in the customer service .....that concerns me...back to Petco?????

The site was ultimately working fine and I placed an order and received it in a timely manner, but it still has some pretty visible bugs: for example, choosing to see only dog food and then applying a filter, such as by brand, I was still shown dog, cat and other food; also, on the check-out page, updating some information on the top portion of the page, which has its own "update" button, brings up an error of user information (name, email etc.) not filled in from the bottom portion of the page.
