FREE shipping means waiting 10 days (and counting!!) before your item is shipped. This also happened the last time I ordered from them but I forgot! Other sites, with similar prices and free shipping send the food immediately. At this point, I am considering ordering another bag from a more reliable source. Thanks Pet Flow for asking for my review! You won't be getting my business any more!!

They advertise like you are getting a great deal. Then I started comparing prices. Whoa. Let's start with 28 ou. of World's Best Kitty Litter. It starts at $44 and goes on sale to 39. At the other stores - it starts at 39 and than goes on sale. Not Happy at all.

I placed an order for Blue Buffalo Turkey Jerky and paid $25.plus for these 3 bags and never received them. Same with the cat treats I ordered nothing. Supposedly they opened an investigation but I have heard nothing since. I am on Social Security and cannot afford to be conned.

With a glut of wonderful pet food sites on the Internet, it's not worth the problems I've had with this company. They have a major "bait and switch" issue. I was enticed to make a purchase by 99-cent treats, but only AFTER they sold me $60 worth of food was I notified that--OOPS!!--we're out of them. On the invoice on their page it says to refer to other "99-cent treats listed below"--but no such thing is listed. You can't track their FedEx tracking # either on their site or by pasting in the tracking # on the FedEx site. But worst of all, I tried 100 times to put a 6 oz package of Tiki Cat food in my cart and it just wouldn't go, so I had to purchase the more expensive 2.8 oz. size. To be fair, customer service refunded the difference on the Tiki Cat, but NEVER addressed the other issues (only said, "the FedEx # is working now."

You can't just buy one thing. Don't trust them.

The process of getting VE prescription approval is FUBAR! No follow-up to see if FAX was received and no one seems to really care! 2 weeks to complete an order is not what I would call good service and I don't care that the FAX was down. I will probably never order from this company again and will warn all my friends and other pet owners to stay away!
