I ordered 2 cases of Merrick cat food over 2 weeks ago. I got an email message saying that the cat food was not in stock. So I wait and wait. No word from anyone about the shipment. I finally email them and there only response is they are checking but have no idea when it will come in. They did get their money. Now when will the food come in?

the idea is very good, now not target for the size and type of dogs at all, less say I own two small chihuahuas ans they send me things for a huge dog, obviously is like some one use size small and receive thing X large, , while the idea is good, not customized is not worth any thing!

I placed my order on 7/3 for Royal Canine Hypoallergenic dog food. After a few days, realize it takes a day or two to contact vet for prescription, I've contacted petflow to determine the status of my order. A representative indicated that they had not even contacted the vet and went straight to his manager for approval which he gave. I then contacted them on 9/8 to find out the status of the order as their online status page contain nothing about shipping. She indicated that it would ship the next day. The next day I check the status of the order online and it indicates that it was shipping on 7/9. I login the next day to check the status and it indicates its shipping 7/10. I call a rep and he indicated its shipping from the warehouse in vegas and should leave today. Now it 7/11 and I once again login to check status and it indicates its shipping on 7/10, yesterday. I called the rep and he indicated that it was up to warehouse to put it on the truck. I ask him if his manager could help or if he could call the warehouse manager and he indicated all he could do was email the warehouse. This isn't the first time I had issues with shipping with them, several in fact, but this will be my last. Now I need to overnight with another company as my dog has about a days worth of food left.

I ordered dog food on June 10th (we buy a specialty food so prompt shipment is key because we can't purchase the food locally). Prior to placing the order I had updated my credit card information with the new expiry date. After placing the order I received an email asking me to update my credit card information. I called and spoke with a customer service rep who told me they were having trouble with their website. He confirmed my payment information and told me that my order was placed. He also sent me an email telling me to ignore the request for updated info. that my order was scheduled to ship June 10. By June 20th I had not received my order. I contacted the company and was told that my order had NOT been processed because my credit card information had not been updated. I checked my account profile on line. It was showing correct information. The operator insisted it was not updated. I requested to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor, Jeremy, apologized for the mix up. Re-took my correct c/c information and assured me that I would receive shipment of my order by Saturday June 22nd. The food has not arrived. I rechecked the tracking information and it is showing a delivery of tuesday June 25th -- I will be out of dog food tomorrow. This is the worst customer service ever and I would warn you not to order dog food from this company if you are actually needing to feed your dog in a timely manner.

I really think Pet Flow is a good option for me!

When your product arrived there where NO instructions. NO return slip. I HAVE never bought a product like this and so of course I was excited to see it come. however, by the 3rd day of watching I don't know how many you-tube videos, calling my k-9 unit buddies and contacting you on facebook asking you how to put this "safety harness" not walking harness.. you put a video of the wrong thing. I got a large.. that thing wouldn't fit over hit his chest. you (company) said it would fit a GSD. full grown. my GSD is 80- 90 lbs. so naturally I was driven crazy on how to fit this thing on my dog. that never fit. so I am going to have to chalk it up to it's a CHEAP product and NEVER purchase anything from you again...AND WARN ALL MY GSD's cop friends that I told about this that it's a waste of money.. you wanted my honest opinion. you got it.

My cats hated all the treats. The toy mice were cheap. The flea spray was leaking whenit arrived. lame.I

i had received an email for free shipping when i signed up with auto ship. i did just that and never received the free shipping....they said there was a $15 minimum for that email....i read the email several times...NO minimum was stated anywhere...i fowarded the email...and still did not get the free shipping as stated. told them to cancel the order but said OOPS too late, already sent...was not happy and wont shop again
