Dog is waiting !!!

I ordered several bones and chews. They were all thrown in the box without any type of packing paper/cushioning. When the box arrived the side was torn open by the bones. There was also no receipt. Nothing, just a box of bones.

I ordered you special on your blinking dog bone , i got15 od round red light blinkers , you advertized bone , not round red blinker , very disapointed

I ORDERED 2 CASES OF DOG FOOD. THERE WAS A BIG HOLE IN THE BOX AND IT POKED HOLES IN SOME OF THE CANS. THE DOG FOOD WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE AND THE SMELL WAS AWFULE . CALLED AND YOU REPLACED WITH A CASE. VERY NICE. THE REPLACEMENT CASE CAME AND THE BOX HAD A BIGGER HOLE IN IT. SOME OF THE CANS WERE DENTED BUT I THREW OUT AND FORGOT ABOUT IT. SORRY BUT CANNOT TRUST THAT MY ORDER WILL GET HERE IN ONE PIECE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I PAID FOR NOTHING.

Found through living social, spend $15 for $30 worth of merchandise. Canned food was near expiration, one can "exploded" and spoiled meat was all over shipment, dry food never came. NOT a FedEX issue,the outside of the box was PERFECT! Trouble getting accurate refund.

Website stated would not be sent to the warehouse for shipment readiness until the date I told on my order and they actually sent it the day before so it cost me 30.00 in overdraft fees. Will not be ordering any time soon.

I ordered a large 7 lb. bag of Royal Canine cat food two weeks ago. When I got it in the mail last week, I noticed the expiration date read June 2013. That's in less than two months! I no longer trust your website when it comes to ordering perishables and date sensitive items, therefore will most likely not order off your website again.

While the pricing is competitive their customer service (even supervisors) are lacking so they won't be keeping customers if they are smart
