The products of PetFlow and the service were fine. Fed Ex delivery is not. I'm in an office that cannot be disturbed and instead of Fed Ex leaving the package they knock on the door as if the building is on fire. So much so that I cancelled my auto order. Can't have the drama and disturbance everytime I need cat and dog food.

I ordered dry and canned food for my cats. The ordering was easy, the prices were good and shipping cost wasn't extreme. This experience is spoiled by the fact several of the cans are dented, two of them quite a bit. The brand I buy is expensive, I expect the cans to be in best of shape.

Ordered from Petflow six days ago and in this world of quick delivery, I'm surprised it will take a full 7 days to get from New Jersey to Ohio. Not impressed.

I received my order very quickly, but when I opened the box I realized that the bag of food was ripped open. It looked like it had been cut with box cutters or something. Food was all over the bottom of the box.

the only real benefit is not having to go to the store... their delivery system is not clear or concise at all, and i had a bad experience dealing with customer service at the beginning of service. they just couldn't answer my simple questions regarding delivery, and just gave me 'sorrys', but no answers, no sympathy... and did not even try to win me as a first time customer, were willing to let me walk instead of just checking on delivery situation for me. i decided to give them a shot regardless. stopped my deliveries after they raised prices too high without any explanation. :(

I've been using PetFlow for almost a year now, I love the fact that they deliver right to my door. The prices use to be unbeatable, but a few months ago I noticed with each shipment the price on each 30lb bag of food increased a few dollars. Now I can walk into the pet store a few blocks from my house and get the same Blue Buffalo food for my two Labs at better prices than through PetFlow. If the prices increase with the next order I'm leaving PetFlow and just going to my local pet store.

We have a standing order of Blue Buffalo 30 lb dry dog food. Their hasn't been 1 shipment we have received that didn't have BAD dammage to packaging box. We even have had the food delivered to our door that the bag has been busted open due to poor packaging. We did recieve a replacement for this shipment but, it too, was badly dammaged when it arrived here. If you have a local supplier of the food you use, I would recommend using them until Pet Flow does something about their HORRIBLE packaging techniques.

Basically, this was a really good site... I would recommend it to friends, however I think the cost is a little bit high (compared to other online sites i.e. Amazon.com and such), if it's going to be worthwhile, the cost factor has to be a big part in it, and I don't think it made an impact on any decision. I found a groupon on this, which is why I tried it out. But I think that if you were to even do like a yearly pricing module or monthly so that the cost was lower it would be way worth it! Other than that.. really good service and I got a personalized email when they said my order was out of stock, which I thought was really cool! Also - very quick shipping! And the tracking was easy too through FedEx. I would buy again, if the price was right.
