I have only ordered from Petflow 3 times and 2 times I have had a bag of food that is outdated. Both times they have been replaced at no extra cost to me. I think someone needs to be checking dates better. But, the ship times are good and they get here in a timely manner. It would be great if they could get the outdates corrected.

I e-mailed a complaint about torn dog food bags and nobody even got back to me with a reply.

I can't review what I have not received yet - so, all in all, you need to use a better shipping service. It's taking a heck of a long time to get here and will not be hereuntil tomorrow, which I consider poor. It shipped AFTER the holidays, on January 3rd, ETA is January 11th. That's 6 business days. If I needed food, I would have had to run to the store and buy it by now. Good thing it's only a collar. I think for pet food, shipping time should be no longer than 3 days, max.

I really love using Petflow overall because when we have bad weather I don't have to go out in it & pick up dog food. It arrives on my doorstep & my only job is to drag it inside. Even better I had to have ACL surgery in August 2011 & I couldn't pick up food because I couldn't drive & I can't bend & lift a bag of dog food. I live alone. Having Petflow makes things a lot easier. However they lack big time in communication. I had put in my order on time (bonus points for selecting your order as you need if you use their shipping system as a regular customer) & about a week after I was supposed to receive it I was told they were out of stock. I had to cancel my order, I was ticked off & had to go out to the store in hopes they had my brand so I could feed my dogs & not have them starve. I wish they'd change their shipping abilities to. I like how I can shop other "name brand" websites & my product is shipped out in a fairly fast manner whereas I wait & wait on Petflow. Their prices aren't too bad but for someone who is always watching pennies it'd be nice if from time to time they'd give you a discount. It's not horrible though. I really like my dog food being delivered at my door which is a huge perk.

i like the idea of not going to pick up the food at the vet. the down side-- as soon as i signed up with them, i've received notice that my food is not in stock and i've still had to go to the vet anyway. so far, the 3 orders i've had set for auto ship have not arrived when expected due to out of stock...

I've ordered once before from Petflow and had a good experience. I setup and just received my first regular shipment of a large bag of dog food & 2 bones. The bag was ripped, and only 1 of the bones was in the shipment, with no explanation as to why. I called and I guess they didn't have enough in stock to fulfill the order with both of them. An email or at least a packing slip with a note as to why the bone wasn't in there is the least that could have been done so I didn't have to call. I hope my next order in 8 weeks is better or I may re-evaluate this service.

I ASKED TO HAVE IT SHIPPED IN A WEEK AND IT WAS HIPPED THE SAME DAY AS ORDERED. NOT A BIG DEAL BUT......

I'm still trying to find something Tybee (Walker Hound/Lab) will eat. He smell first... I cannot rate y'all low cause he will not eat a lot of brands
