I'm happy with the product and pricing and the free shipping, however, the box is always falling apart by the time it gets to my door. Also, along with 2-35lbs of dog food per month, I get treats with the order which are always broken to bits. I will be deleting them from my shipment.

Hard to project what you will need with accuracy and when you try to edit your orders you automatically generate a new shipping program so you end up with multiple programs. Today I got two of the same orders because I was not informed that one where the credit card was rejected was sent anyhow and billed to the new credit card. Very good as to variety of choices available, descriptions are useful.

I had an issue and had to wait to let you know. It was resolved. The FEDEX delivery origionally said one date for delivery and then it change to several days later. I find that one a bit ironic.

Overrall, I have had great exeriences with Petflow. Their customer service staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. The food is competitively priced and customers usually have the opportunity for free shipping. What is most frustrating is ordering food online without being able to know if something is currently out of stock There is nothing more aggravating than finding out several days after placing an order, when an order is scheduled to ship, that it is actually out of stock and on back order. This has happened several times to me this year with Petlow. I realize that issues with delivery and manufacterers are often out of their control, however, I myself work in customer service and I know from my own experience that websites can be set up to list when items are out of stock and temporarily unavailable. If I could request one issue be resolved it would be that the website lists items temporarily out of stock.

The good thing about Petflow is that they have the brands we want to feed our cats at reasonable prices and in bulk. There are two caveats, however. Petflow First, you're fairly likely to need to reorder something due to it being out of stock. There is no option to back-order the item unless you speak to a live agent. Annoying, but not crippling. Second, Petflow *really* wants you to schedule regular shipments, rather than order at need. I understand there's value in such a plan, but it really doesn't work for me, and there is no way to get them to stop offering a schedule. When you order, you'll be asked as many as three times to set up a shipping schedule. Yeah, Petflow--I get that you want me to do this. I ain't gonna. STOP ASKING.
