Two cases of wet dog food are heavy and packed in such a way that a couple cans are damaged so badly that they are punctured and had to be thrown away. These cases need to be packaged better. Everything else is great.

The dog food I ordered literally went around the country...... I live in MN. It went from NJ, then OH...MN!.....then ND.....MT....back to west central MN (still about 6 hrs away).....then to northern MN! The box it arrived in- well.....it wasn’t in good shape. Took a little over a week.

After my first order was canceled due to my vet not using the software to obtain a copy of my prescription, I was assured that someone would call my vet for it. No one called and my order was canceled again. Not a good process.

I was able to place an order on a specific prescription food for my dogs (which they’re out of stock EVERYWHERE). I was so happy to see that specific one PetFlow. It was such a relief. Then I was waiting and waiting and waiting anxiously because we only had enough for about 10 more days. Almost a week (or a week) went by, I got an email saying that they can’t ship my order because they don’t have it in stock! I think you can imagine how I feel after reading that email. Thank you PetFlow.

I ordered antlers a year ago and reordered them and assumed they would be similar in size. They were so much narrower. It would have cost me $10 to ship them back so I donated them. I think some things you can buy online - but not these…

My order was poorly packed and a plastic container of cat treats was crushed. There were cat treats all over the inside of the carton. I understand things happen but an email to Petflow explaining the situation did not yield a response. I won’t order from Petflow again.

Had a very good coupon offer from them and they honored it for prescription dog food, which is a positive. Ordered 2 bags and received a confirmation email next day. Well, after several more days… no delivery. I called and was told they only had one bag but would have more in a few days. Nice customer service rep ((Amy?) agreed to send me one bag now and the 2nd when they receive their supply. Had to call a second time because still no shipment. Food finally arrived (both bags) over a week later. Maybe this was just a bad one-time experience BUT in several years using Chewy I’ve never had a delivery issue.
