My order for my dog food was delayed several days. I fi would have know I would have gone to another company who had it in stock. Because my food was delayed I had to go buy the food somewhere else anyway. I also find the website hard to manage. I want to cancel my auto ship.

I was recommended to Petflow through my vet. They had everything in stock that I needed for my cats prescribed Veterinary diet. After three days I had to call to get ahold of someone because my order showed two different statuses. The representative I spoke with helped me understand what was going on with my order. My vet didn't verify the prescription so I had to send it through. My vet never received the verification on their side. I was told multiple times that on the following Monday it would be approved and shipped out. After a week in ordering it, it hadn't shipped yet. When I contacted I was told the same thing I was told on that Monday. That it was approved and getting shipped out. I was told multiple times that I would get tracking information but never recieved it. Was then told that my order was being shipped out from the food company itself. Half of my order showed up after two weeks. And I still have no clue when the other half is gonna show up. When I texted Petflow to see if they knew when the rest was gonna show up, I was told the food company was having a hard time with product supply. I feel like if they didn't have the product, they shouldn't be letting people buy it.

It does work, however I judged the size by the photos & description, and they were very misleading. It is super small. It said for multi-pet household, it does not last long enough for mine. It is also a pain to refill, having to unplug and take it to the sink every time for the reservoir to stay full. I would recommend this to someone with a single pet, personally.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered dogfood only to be told a week later that they are out of stock. In that week they are never able to give me and order update information........

I had to call 9 times to get everything straightened out and even then the situation was night right. So I had a manager call me back. Then the last woman I talked to helped me out.

I made an online purchase & signed up for auto ship. I got an email a day later stating one of my items was not in stock that they were sending what they considered " a replacement item ". Nobody tried contacting me to even ask if I wanted a replacement item much less to even tell me what it was they choose for me. If I wanted someone in their warehouse to decide what to send me I would have sent an email stating for a random employees to pick 2 random items as long as they stay under a certain dollar amount. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. Needless to say cancelled the auto ship and very skeptical on placing another order at all.

Website is misleading about shipping times. Communication is slow. Service and delivery speed lags way behind their competitors. On the plus side, prices and selection are pretty good.

I was emailed about my order (25lb bag of Petcurean adult dog food) being out of stock but was not informed that the manufacturer would no longer be offering the 25lb size or that other size options were available. I was waiting, as instructed in the email, for the item to be restocked as my dog food supply dwindled. When I contacted Petflow I was informed of the situation. The customer service person was not focused on providing a solution for my situation.
