My products came and were all in good condition. The dogs, lol, were super pleased. The only thing I found not so good was it was shipped on the 16th via Federal Express and it didn't arrive until the 21st. I could understand if it were across country...but it wasn't.

LARGE INVENTORY... so they usually have anything you are looking for, (if it's good for your dog). Just being honest neighborhood "all natural" or natural dog food stores don't carry everything, so choices r limited. QUICK SHIPPING, right to your front door so very convienient!!! Im glad I found this, and they reward you for referrals!! Can't ever get better than that

First, the good. Pricing is awesome and the shipping speed is amazing. I really appreciate having my kids' food on a schedule because I don't have to worry about anything. The bad. I know it's difficult to pack cans effectively. No shipper will treat 25lbs of cat food with any sort of respect. However, out of 3 - 24 can cases of food, I easily throw away 4-6 cans due to damage in shipping. Often, a can explodes and oozes all over the others - which can be a mess when it arrives. I wish there was a better way to ensure my shipment could make it in one piece.

Got two big bags of cat food by mail. Good pricing. Fast arrival. One bag was ripped and spilled everywhere when I pulled it out. Lost a 1/3. I cancelled my automatic shipment as a result and explained why when asked by a system. Next thing I knew, the company e-mailed me directly to apologize and without being asked, sent me another entire bag of the cat food at their cost. Pretty impressive. Most places wouldn't even respond (since I never asked for the free bag), and most places probably wouldn't have tried to make it right even if asked. So Petflow definitely made a great impression - and will be a customer for the long term now.

I love the service that is provided, but my last 2 shipments have been in very bad shape when arriving. The air pillows in the box were flattened, the box was crushed and torn, and the cat food that I received was crushed into crumbs. This is not the fault of Petflow - I wish there was another shipping option.

I have trouble sometimes with your website. It's not the easiest to move through especially when modifying my order.
