As soon as I saw the 3-D picture of the chihuahua I had to get the shirt, since it looks just like my dog Rudy.. As soon as I ordered it, the next day I received an e-mail telling me it was on back order. I received it about 2 weeks later and am happy with the shirt, it looks just like it did on the computer.

I was happy with the ordering, billing and delivery process. I wish the larger sized treats by Old Mother Hubbard were carried. May order food again but will need to find other solution for treats.

Pet flow is giving me an option to feed my dog a better brand of food than what is available to me. I live overseas on a military base and we have limited choices. I really wanted to put her on Blue Buffalo, but that is not available here. I even started making my own food and could not keep up with her needs. Then we found Pet Flow which will mail our dog food to us with free shipping. Unfortunately, they do not ship to APO address, which is rather frustrating, so I use another company (apobox.com); Pet Flow ships it to the APO Box company and they ship it to me. I'm so glad I have free shipping from petflow because it helps reduce the cost. So far, I haven't had any major problems or issues. Pet Flow is pretty easy to use!

Products are good quality. However, quality of tracking system was poor. We received our dog food, but had no real notice as to when it might be delivered. MH

Everything was good except the boxing. The box was split open when it arrived, but all the goods were ok.

They did well. I like Petflow and plan to use them in the future. However, our pet food required a prescription and rather than someone calling us to request it, I had to follow up and ask when our food would be delivered, which prompted them to request the prescription. Something to note if your pet has a prescription food.

Great having large bags delivered to the house and not having to haul them from the store. Packaging is a a little flimsy. Package often broken open when it arrives. Actual bags of food not open though.
