It has been very convenient ordering my cat prescription diet from you. However, I also recently ordered cat litter as well and now realize how overpriced it was. You charged 14 lbs of scopeaway cat litter at $11.99 a box. I could have purchased it from Fresh Direct for $7.99. That's quite a difference. At the time they were out of it, but will not order cat litter again from you.

I recently purchased some items from petflow for my cat and thought everything went very smoothly! I normally use the amazon subscription service, but they did not have the food I was looking for. I love the fact that they deliver right to your door as we only have a PO Box and we have to pick almost all of our packages up at the Post Office. This is a huge saver for us as our post office is only open during working hours so we have a tough time getting there as I work out of town. The only thing I wish was better with petflow is the searching filters. They really don't have much for searching unless you look through the whole list of products, which lets face it, must of us don't. If they could improve that, I would be giving them 5 stars!

This is an easy way to make sure you don't run out of pet food...they deliver even the big bags free with a minimum purchase. You can set up to have your pet food delivered on a regular basis.

Just a little disappointed that my food was back-ordered after having placed my order 6 weeks in advance. I understand that these things happen in the real world. Let's see how my next auto-delivery goes.

Your website was easy to navigate and the food I ordered came in a timely manner - overall a very nice transaction.

I've been ordering for almost a year now and haven't had any problems whatsoever until my last 2 shipments. I buy canned dog food, and I've had several cans severely dented. Fortunately, they weren't punctured. I discussed this issue with Petflow, and they gave me a credit on my next order which I certainly didn't expect. I just wanted them to be aware of this so they can address the problem with their shipping company. Other than this, I'm very pleased with their prices and selection of products.
