Both the delivery service and prices are great.. The only downside is a weak website which makes it challenging to schedule and edit recurring deliveries. Their expectation seems to be that every customer will buy the same exact thing every month, but it just doesn't work that way in my household.

Good service, good prices, convienient. First shipment had 1 expired bag and one bag with a cut in it. They refunded us immediately, but we still had to go buy food for our pets, so a little inconvenient, but definately good customer service.

Love setting up a standing order and having food delivered to my doorstep without having to go shopping and LUG back the big bags. Packing could be improved, especially for canned food as for each of my first two orders, I have received numerous dented cans. For now, I will continue as a customer with the hope that packaging will improve sooner vs later.

I really appreciate the delivery options and scheduling. Notifications are sent for deliveries and reminders. Disappointed with last delivery as I was never notified the dog food was out of stock. I called regarding the delivery and was issued a prompt refund for the missing item, but someone dropped the ball. Otherwise have had a positive experience using Petflow.

I received my order very quickly which was great because I was running out of food for my boys! One of the products I ordered was cutting it kinda close on the expiration date (which is why I only gave it four stars) and Petflow said they would send out a replacement box without a problem. Now THAT is customer service!! A company with good customer service is a company that I will buy from again. Prices are pretty competitive... maybe a little over what I pay at my pet food store but some were exactly the same price.

I was somewhat disappointed that PetFlo's price for Purina One was approximately $10 higher than the local supermarket, even before the shipping.
