The customer service providers were always nice but the problem is the order was incorrectly sent to me twice. The order form clearly shows what I ordered but the warehouse sent the wrong item both times.

I ordered prescription dog food because they said they had it in stock. Still do not have my order. When I call I am told that it is in stock, but having problem shipping. Same story each time I call. What can I say !

I bought a sweatshirt and a sweater that was to small wanted to exchange for bigger size said they can't do that .the would send me a return label never received. Contacted them again explained situation. No comment. I just need to know where to return items to only have 30 days time is ticking. Paula Reardon

I bought very expensive canned food for my cat. He didn't like it. I only used 1 can it cost $52 I asked to send it back. NO YOU SAID. my husband lost his job. We can't use it. I needed to send it back. I won't order from you again. Very disappointed with your idea of keeping a customer happy 😡😡😡

The Stella and Chewey’s dry dry patties were shipped immediately but they were very hard and dry. I thought the first shipment might be an anomaly but the next order was also stale. The patties should be soft and easily broken if fresh but I didn’t know how to return the order to Petflow.

I have asked several times now, and what I'm asking for is ONE extra piece of tape to keep these boxes closed!!! I order (8) 13 pound bags of FROMM gold, every two weeks, your orders are always correct, but whoever is packing these boxes is not doing a good job, all I ask for is JUST ONE EXTRA PIECE OF TAPE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BOXES, AND THEY'LL STAY CLOSED.

Package of dog food arrived on time,..BUT the taped seams of the box were broken and the bag inside was split with the product running out. Not nearly enough tape was used by the PetFlow shipping department to insure the integrity of the shipping box for a 30 lb. bag of dog food. Very disappointed for my first order from PetFlow.

I ordered some Hills prescription food from PetFlow and they forwarded to their pharmacy division to get my Vet's approval. Petflow has a very confusing way of responding to orders. Even though you need to get approval if you're getting any kind of prescription, they show you the order confirmation and expected delivery date. you check your order and there's still no shipping information after a few days. I contacted them and was told the pharmacy hadn't received approval yet, but according to my vet they had given them approval already. this went back and forth and I ultimately canceled the whole order due to their mixed messaging on the order and their obvious poor communication and general ineptitude. Not ordering from them again
