My only concern is price. I have not compared prices with other companies so this is no way negative against Pet Flow. Just can't rate excellent until I do. The ease of the process is great and having auto ship makes life easier!

I had a few problems with the boxes being so flimsy and not taped up with s strongenough tape, the box fell apart when I went to pick it up. I called x 2 to complain, box is stronger, but they still need to put more then 1 single row of tape on a 45 pound box. The box needs to taped up really good.

timely and send you lots of reminders in case you need to make changes. Had a couple boxes with a couple dented cans, most likely the shippers, and haven't raised this to their attention, but other than that, Pretty Good

I do enjoy being subscribed to Petflow. The ease of opening my door and whala...there is my dog's food is fantastic! The only thing I do not like is that there are no incentives (other than lesser shipping but I found that in my dog food inparticular, I am paying $4 more for it thu Petflow than the specialty pet store on the way home from work everyday). The groupons offered are only for new customers and it is frustrating. So in short, it would be nice to get a little "extra perk" for maintaining a service through them.

I ordered canned dog food which usually costs a fortune to ship, and I got free shipping. It came in 2-3 days. I had a customer service Q because immediately after placing my order, I noticed my coupon code didn't apply the proper discount. I contacted via live chat and the service rep was very nice and took care of the problem immediately. I didn't like the fine print on the coupon which said you only qualify for the free shipping if you spend a certain amount AND sign up for auto-delivery.

I was very happy with Petflow. They had the items I needed and shipped them to me SUPER fast. Shipping was also free which was awesome. I had some trouble using the filter on their site but was able to find the items I wanted. Again, happy with them.

I've only ordered once so far but it was a great experience and I'll do it again. I placed my order on a Monday and hand it at my door by Thursday. Amazing!

Very convenient pet ordering system. Received everything I ordered correctly... My only complaint was shipping did take a little longer than I expected but it still arrived in their advised time frame and I thought the Bocce's Biscuits were a little pricey once I saw in person the size bag you receive, but again- that may be the pricing everywhere by the manufacturer. All in all my puppy Piper loves it all!
