the only thing i wish was better was the website.. tracking number are available after i receive the product and the overall look of the site needs updating.. but i gte my shipments fast, i can change when ship dates easily, the Rx from my vet was obtained quickly, the prices are good, and i am always happy to skip going to the pet store!

The selection, ease of ordering, competitive pricing & quick delivery are all first-rate. My only complaint is that some of the cans in the pack of dog food which I received are slightly dented. Although the chance of contamination was slim, the possibility existed that the food wasn't 100% safe. I examined each can carefully and none were compromised; still, I hope that cans in future orders aren't dinged.

I have read a review from a vetrinarian that he feels Petflow is a very good company selling good products for fair prices. I also like that you can schedule deliveries to your house on a monthly basis so you don't have to keep runnning down to the local petstore wondering if they have the food in stock and wait in line to pay for it.

I was having some delay in shippin issues that I recently found out was due to the discontinuation of one of my products. The delay came from then finding a location that stii had this product. When I was notified of this I chose another product and feel that I cannot hold petflow accountable for a third parties product line choices. While awaiting their own product they even tried to continue filling my requests and notified me of the problem when they were made aware of it. In my opinion this kind of customer service will only get better

Received order on time as ordered, however, the plastic wrap on the case of cat food had a tear in it and a dented can of food was inserted into the space where an un-dented can had been, I can only presume. Probably nothing wrong with the food, but just seemed strange that they tore a hole in the plastic and a dented can of food was inserted. We shall see what I get on my next shipment.

My dogs eat a food I can't buy at the supermarket. Pet flow makes sure I never run out since I can change the delivery timing any time I need to. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is they sent me the wrong food once. I asked if they could expedite the delivery of the correct order and they said no. I ended having to go to the pet store to buy a bag to make sure I didn't run out..

I buy most of my pet food from Pet Flow and have been pretty consistently pleased with the products and prices offered. The package usually arrives a little battered looking but OK. . My last shipment was crushed on one end and had been taped up by Fed-Ex. When I opened it , one of the bags had split open at the top corner and the some of the cat food was loose in the box . I will be happy to provide more information if requested.

I ordered from Petflow because I received a Groupon offer. I did not previously know about this company. I am really glad that I found it! What a great service. I received my order very quickly. Only suggestion is to get more products available. I love that they have pet food, but I would like the option to order even more goods for my beloved cats. They are spoiled and I spend a lot of money on them.
