They’re ok and prices are good but after my 1st order I’m going back to Chewy. I ordered 4 bags of food and now my dog is refusing to eat it after finishing the 1st bag, with Chewy they would have refunded me no questions asked. With PetFlow I had to call customer service to get my autoship cancelled, I couldn’t even do it easily online.

I am fed up with constant ad bombardment from Chewy so I looked for alternatives on the internet. I make my own decisions and do not appreciate being hounded. Chewy website has gotten too confusing, too many products and too many repeats. I am satisfied so far with your site, but not too happy with the tracking. The minute you transferred it to fedex the ball got dropped and I had to just wonder when it would arrive. That happens a lot with fedex. I will continue to order but I am on a fixed income and order when I can afford to not when you have a promotion. Please take that into consideration with your promotional advertising.

I ordered a 15# bag of dry dog food and a 12 can case of wet dog food. They shipped in one box that seemed a bit oversized and several cans of the wet food sustained minor damage even though the case was wrapped in heavy plastic. The cardboard box was just too thin to protect the contents.

I’m happy with the website, and the deals that PetFlow has to offer. I would have given a 5 star, but the shipping has now taken over 10 days and we still don’t have our product. With most companies, autoship is to my house within 2-3 days. I would not be able to order from this website if I needed something last minute, which is unfortunate.

Delivery was delayed then lost by over a week so I contacted company to find out status of delivery. They couldn’t give me much info so I informed them if I didn’t rec’d it by next day to cancel it which is what happened. I would have posted less stars but the staff was very respectful and supportive so I thought they deserved something for their effort.

I received our shipment fast but 4 cans were substantially dented. Likely will toss them. The packaging was poor. One case of canned dog food and 3 bags of treats were packed in a big box with not much packing material.

I order from Petflow because they are the only site that has the type of dog food I like. And their shipping was prompt and excellent and, since I spent more than $50, free. But their site and promos and small print for them is beyond annoying. NO, I don't want autoship; stop adding it to my cart. And no, I didn't realize I'd have to spend $90 for the free $10 in toys because the print was so darned small at the bottom of the email that popped up while I was shopping.

I was very happy with PetFlow but for the last few months, I have tried to order certain products and after completing my order I find out that PetFlow is out of stock. It gives me the option to receive an email when the product is back in stock but the next issue is that after receiving the emails, I log in and it says out of stock. I would rate the customer service prior to this as a 10. Unfortunately, I would say it is a 3. I spend a few hundred dollars a month and will most likely take my business elsewhere next month.
