All-in-all, PetFlow was very good. The only drawback was that it took about twice as long to receive the shipment than was quoted. That being said, I would strongly recommend PetFlow as they were very helpful with great information. Thanks to the helpful people at PetFlow!

Get my orders quickly. Just wish the percent off offers would apply to Fromms food. That is the sole reason I use Pet Flow.

In general, the site works well. Auto-ship is pushed a bit, but easy to deselect. When used, auto-ship works well and is easy to adjust or disable. Selection is good in some areas and not so great in others. They do carry some brands that won't cater to big box stores, which is the main reason I use them. Shipping (usually FedEx Ground, I believe, at least for my location) can be very slow if items aren't available nearby.

Everything was good except for delivery time was over a week from the time of order. In comparison to others, delivery time is to long.

Customer service is amazing; however website orders can be a nightmare! I ordered 4 total items was charged separately for 3 and the third because it came out of another warehouse didn’t include the discount and also would have charged shipping had I bot caught it an talked to customer service! Also, wish shipping was as the done through FedEx because they are unreliable when it comes to time frames my dogs food was suppose to original be here in 3 days but ended up being 6 days; so I had to go purchase smaller bags to feed my dogs due to the order bot being here on time! Other than that love the prices and customer service!
