Ordered a prescription cat food. After ordering and paying I was advised that it was not available. I had first tried ordering from Chewy and was told upfront that it wasn’t available and gave me the opportunity to leave my email to be advised when it was available. Much better approach.

I was so excited to see that the prescription food I needed for my cat was in stock, until ten days went by with no shipment. They don’t update the “in stock”. The manufacturer is out of the food and no one can tell me when they will get it. My main issue is with the lack of truth in advertising- I can’t help but think that they’re doing this to get more customers than the sites that are honest about availability.

Your shipment finally arrived, but you did not give the correct arrival dates correctly. You changed the dates 3 times and then nothing for 2 days I could not find out when my shipment was going to arrive. The tracking number you use is not the same one that Fed X uses. Not knowing when my shipment was going to arrive I had to find a store that carried this dog food on Sunday and drive 60 miles round trip. My dog food finally arrived late Monday the 27th of July . If you had just said you shipment will arrive in 1 week, everything would have been fine... this is the first time using this dog food on a new 8 week old puppy that had been started on by the breeder.

My order was delayed, and I wasn't ever given any delay updates or estimates on when it would be arriving. Even when I called (and waited on hold for 10 minutes), I could not be provided this information (the customer service rep was otherwise helpful and sympathetic). I had to go to another vendor and rush ship the same order to ensure my kitty didn't run out of food.

First Time Purchase Petflow. After 3 times confirming with vet source regarding my cat's prescription. Finally, I received the email saying the prescription food is out of stock after i placed the order. I am very disappointed. The reason i did not give 1 star is because the customer service representatives are very easy and nice.

I actually normally love this company, but I got an order of wet dog food and I opened one of the cans and it was completely filled with mold. Contacted customer service via text (as recommended on their website) and they never responded.

We ordered online and submitted payment by PayPal July 6. A first email to us stated we must get a RX from our vet clinic snail mailed to an Oregon address. We did this immediately because our 19 year-old cat needs the moist RX food daily. More emails kept coming to submit this RX after it was snail mailed. After going too long without the RX food, an email stated our vet office could call and verify we needed RX food. WHY WEREN'T WE GIVEN THE PHONE # FOR OUR VET OFFICE TO CALL JULY 6? The poor rating is a result of the hassle to submit an online order without the info. to have our vet office simply call to verify, the phone time we spent with our vet office during Covid-19 to get a hard copy and to make the call, running to the post office and that the order did not get the food to our cat until July 17 which seemed to only result due to our vigilance to make the order happen.

Still waiting to hear the status of an order I placed a week and a half ago.
