Great service, my only complaint is that I've received a couple boxes now where the bag of dog food has been sliced open in a spot and food has spilled out some. Not a lot lost, but annoying. Probably the shipping company and not PetFlow. Otherwise, very good company.

I've been using PetFlow at least 3 years now and I have auto ship set up. The last two deliveries have been soooo late that I have to go buy other food so my two cats can eat. Please DO NOT send item shipped emails if the order has not shipped! I received a June 11th email that my order had auto shipped and its June 26th and I still have not recieved my order of food for my cats. I don't recall it being this way. I would usually get my order 2-3 days after I received the shipping email. If something has changed with YOUR shipping arrangements those who have opted for auto ship should be informed immediately as we depend and expect a food order within the auto ship time selected. If we need to calculate a 2 week shipping time into our autoship that would be helpful to know. This is very frustrating and I view Pet Flow as a great convenience as certain pet foods are not sold in my area. I hope this does not continue to happen as it makes the experience extremely inconvenient.

I ordered two identical bags of cat food and two identical bags of dog treats. I received a box with one bag of cat food and one bag of dog treats and on the outside it said there were two of each. I emailed Petflow stating my order was incomplete and another order was sent and arrived several days later. No explanation was given but I am satisfied with the products.

Transaction went smoothly but getting it shipped out took longer than expected. We can get food from most other places in two days, so more than that seems excessive and inconvenient. Otherwise, no complaints.

First time using PetFlow and overall I was pleased. Good pricing/promotions, LOTS of selection. The communication on my order was good too. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that the shipping was odd. One large box contained mostly packing material with two small treat packages. The other was stuffed with 50+ pounds of dog food and treats. I don't think the shipper was too pleased either, because the box looked like it went through hell and back. Overall, I am very happy with the transaction and would use PetFlow again.

Petflow consistently has a very responsive customer service. Its prices and selection are excellent. The only issue which needs improvement is a customer's having to contact c/s to cancel an autoship order.
