A lot of difficulty with you getting ahold of my vet. I provided your customer service with their email and fax number when you told me you weren’t able to contact them. After a few days, I followed up to learn that your customer service didn’t use the information I provided. Why ask me for a fax number or email if you had no plan to use them. I had to follow up 3 times for things to get done.

I received a notice that my first autoship order (two items) had already shipped -- no mention of anything being out of stock. A day or two later, I received an e-mail that one of my items was out of stock and would be shipped later. I was billed for both items! Since I received the second part of the order within a couple days, I decided to wait on a review until my next order. Today, I received a notice that one of my items is on backorder. It's the same item as before. Really?? I signed up for autoship for consistency. If consistency means that my product is consistently going to be out of stock, I may need to find another supplier.

Fast and free delivery, good products, but more than once my $65.00+ bag of dog food has arrived with an open hole in it, or duct tape on the bag to cover a hole. For the price, the question of tainted-ness, and freshness should not be an issue. If you are selling open bag seconds, then state that.

Sells out of date product. Delivery times are slower than indicated. Sells merchandise they don’t have in stock Customer service is good.

I was very excited to see that Pet Flow had my dogs kibble in stock. He’s on a very specific diet and with the Covid-19 It’s been hard to find. After over a week of waiting for it to ship they sent a message saying the supplier was out of stock and canceled my order. Bummer but I understand. A week later my husband informed me he found a place that had our food in stock. It was Pet Flow. I told him not to bother since I already know the food isn’t available for the supplier. The website is not accurate to what they actually have in a stock. Now I just wasted a week waiting when I could have been trying to find other alternatives. At least their customer service people are polite.

The prices were good, it's the preparation of shipment that isnt good. They tell delivery will be within 2 days && it's not till over a week later that it's actually shipped.

Service has been good until recently when I tried to purchase Royal Canine. I couldn't get the size I wanted, so I ordered a smaller amount at a higher price just to get it. Waited and waited, still hasn't shipped since 4/15. I tried a competitor a few days ago, ordered the size I wanted, and had it in 4 days. I tried to cancel the first order that hasn't shipped yet, and was told I couldn't, I would have to refuse the order when it comes?
