I would like to know that my product is being shipped.

Product variety is good. Communication is where PetFlow falls below expectations. Emails are not timely, nor correct regarding product will/may be shipped - either for the subscription orders or one-time orders. As long as you understand and plan for these issues, PetFlow works in all other categories.

Placed an order and it took 10 days to receive. Had to buy it on Amazon at a higher price to get me by until order got here

Truthfully, your website sucks! I've been shopping with you for months and reordering should be easy. It's anything but! I'm on the fence about whether or not to keep buying from you. You asked.....

Very slow delivery compared to many others I’ve used and the food was stale from Stella and chewy which I’ve never gotten from anybody else overall paid more money slow service and less quality not happy

I've had to cancel 2 of my auto ship orders this past week because I didn't even order them! They were items I had LOOKED at, but I didn't order either of them.

Petflow and the process was fine.... their shipping sucks! If you are expecting something quickly or in a reasonable time, think again.... it took over a week to get our products. They give you free shipping, but it takes the cheapest route on the back of a turtle to get it to you.
