I bought canned food for my cat and got an e-mail that it’s not available and order is cancelled in more than a week! Although I was not charged, I was not shopping in other stores waiting for my order. I think something is wrong in the software, it shouldn’t let me buy something that is not available.

Company need to ensure security and conform to PCI/DSS standards. My account was hacked and 3 orders sent out to an address that was not mine shortly after adding my card on file for autoship orders.

They cancel my order withou mentionninf the reasons or even informing me! I had to follow up on my order and this is when they said its cancelled and when i foowed up on the reasons and the refund they couldnt even bother to explain why they never shipped my order!!

What a disappointing experience. I thought I had found a new company from which to purchase my pet supplies. Instead, my cats were stuck using makeshift litter boxes for an entire week because a delivery from New Jersey to Pennsylvania took 5 full days via FedEx. I was assured the delivery would go out on Friday, 10/21. It did not. I was assured the delivery would meet me or beat me to my new home. It did not. Never again. Customer support was far from supportive and did not care. 5 days. No apologies or even care from your team. Never again.

Package was destroyed upon delivery and literally left in my driveway. This is my dogs food which I am counting on and I’d really appreciate not sitting out in the elements. That is absolutely ridiculous This was the reason I made the switch from chewy and now I’m having the same issue.
