It is impossible to cancel a subscription. The only way is to call customer service. I wanted to substitute one type of dog food for another and couldn't do it, I couldn't cancel the subscription and I couldn't stop the order from being shipped. Insane. I'm done with this program.

I have had issues twice with this company. The first time I never received my order and I was told they would rush another order out to me but took a week to receive the replacement order. No rush there at all. 2nd issue was to find out that yes, customer service is open on the weekends but the warehouse isn’t. Order was placed on Friday and not fulfilled until Monday and according to the tracking number I wouldn’t have received it until the end of the week. I had to drive an hour away so I wouldn’t run out of puppy food. Customer service sucks! No help from them, no apologies for the inconvenience no email for canceled order. I had to check my bank account everyday to see when the charge was refunded. Switching puppy food so I can order from Chewy who I have never had an issue with, who also has great customer service and I get my orders from them within 1-2 days of placing the order. Never again will I order from Petflow!

I have an auto-ship delivery scheduled for my cat’s prescription food. It’s been promised for the last two months. Every time the ship date comes up the delivery is cancelled. I even started ordering the separately from auto-ship when I notice it’s in stock. Again it gets cancelled. I realize Hill’s prescription diet has problems with manufacturing and delivery, but I’ve also been told when the auto-ship is locked it takes up to seven days to ship from your third party distributor. There has to be a faster way to ship the product when in stock. I feel like my cat’s health is being held hostage due to your third party distributor.

worst customer service ive ever had. made getting special prescription impossible, service rep didnt care as he said it makes no difference to him, as he gets paid by the hour. meanwhile my dog couldnt get her food from your company! your competition shipped it out same day! you couldnt get it out in a week . i guess you dont care about losing customers, as i will never use your company again, and i was a customer for over 8 years

Took 6 days to send my package and another almost week to get my package. Needed my dog food a lot sooner newyork ran that.

Tried Petflow because everyone was out of my cat’s favorite wet food, and I needed it quickly. 1st issue was it shipped several days after the date they said it would. 2nd issue was the flavor wasn’t in stock even though it said in stock and allowed me to purchase. 3rd issue, I tried a new flavor because they offered a discount but cats didn’t like it. They don’t allow returns for open cases. Other companies do. Never using Petflow again. No reason to.

I ordered prescription cat food on 10/6. I could not find it on any other website so was happy to find it here. I never heard that it was shipped. I finally called on 10/12 and was told that the agent had to check the pharmacy. I asked if the website would advertise something that was out of stock and was told no, they would not. I got an email on 10/13 that the cat food was not available, and they would not charge my card. The item should not have been listed on their website. Would they have contacted me to let me know if I had not called?

We tried to order prescription food for our cat. I emailed the prescription card to PetFlow, they assured me in writing they'd forward it along. I called a few days later and the representative on the phone repeated the same thing. That was about two weeks ago and as far as I know, nothing has happened and I've had no communication from them (except ads, of course) since
