I have tried twice to order my cat's prescription cat food only to have both orders cancelled. I would typically not give a 1 star rating however both times I ordered, the items I requested showed they were in stock at the time I placed the order. As a first time customer, I'm not impressed.

I have been trying for upwards of 10 days to order prescription food for my pet. It's been one blunder after another: they couldn't figure out who my vet is, I sent them a written prescription but their pharmacy never got it, I called and they forwarded it to their pharmacy who then cancelled the order, I called and they replaced the order and said the order was shipping but several days later UPS still has no knowledge of it. I suppose I will have to call again to see if they can figure out how to actually ship the order. These folks are simply incapable of managing prescription food orders.

My order with Petflow was probably the worst experience I've ever had ordering my cat's prescription food. Initially they claimed my vet was unresponsive to their attempts to verify the prescription. When ordering from other sites my vet responds same day and I've had no issues with this the last year, so I found this hard to believe. I checked in with my vet, they never received anything from Petflow. I followed up with Petflow, after a confusing back and forth with Vetsource (the company that apparently verifies prescriptions for Petflow even though the Vetsource rep I spoke with hadn't heard of Petflow), I ended up emailing a photo of the original prescription to the Petflow customer service email, twice. A couple days after that I saw my order status changed to "prescription denied." The following day, a week after I had placed my order, I received an email that they had to cancel my order because they did not in fact have it in stock as their website listed. In summary, they will lie about their stocked products, they will lie about reaching out to your vet. Very frustrating experience, absolutely avoid.

You lied about having the Hills y/d Thyroid soft cat food. My gut told me not to trust your website. No one else was showing this food available except you. Hills, Chewy, Banfield, and my Vet could not get this food. You showed it available on your website even when it was out of stock, stringing me along for no reason. You dishonest people knew exactly what you were doing, and it is despicable. I will never use your website again. Moreover, I will do what ever I can to warn others of your dishonesty.

I trusted the Pet Flow website and ordered Kong chew rings for our dog. The company website certainly was willing to take my order and my payment. I even spoke with a customer service person who helped me place my order correctly. That was 10 days ago. When I inquired today because my delivery hasn’t yet arrived, they suddenly send me an email saying they will not fill my order because it is not legitimate. Why do they legitimately accept my inquiry and send me a receipt with all the information then 10 days later suddenly deny the purchase?? This is very disappointing. I really wanted to rate them -5. Have you run into this problem with Pet Flow?

You have repeatedly cancelled my prescription cat food orders, after making me wait many days. These cancellations put my car at risk of not having her food. You continually misrepresent the stock you have online.

It’s been 13 days since my initial prescription dog food order was placed. Still waiting for my order. The first order was rerouted across the country from me. Customer service reordered and was supposedly sending it priority, that was 4 days ago. It’s a good thing that I have food on hand. Also when you place an order, they don’t let you know until at least a week later that they’re out of the food. I have few options for getting this food and it would extremely helpful to know much sooner.

Tried to buy again and again order was shipped wrong. This has now happened twice. They ship what they want and not what you order. Never again
