The ordering process was quick and easy and my order arrived on time. My only complaint is this, there was a hole in the dry dog food bag and some of the food spilled out into the box. It was a minimal amount but I was annoyed.

It would be amazing if you could provide a completely organic and vegan dog food! We like the Petcurean Endless Valley, but i think it only has a couple organic ingredients.

Everything was great, except for the fact that the package was not well secured. It arrived with the tape splitting off and the big box about ready to break open.

Generally, I would give pet flow five stars. However this last shipment I ordered dog food and a dog bowl. The bowl had to be shipped from somewhere out west and they shipped the food from there also (according to them they like to ship in as little shipments as possible). It took over a week and a half to get to me. Usually it’s within two days. I wish I would have known that as I would not have gotten the bowl if I knew it was going to take a lot longer. Besides this, I think they’ve been great.

Newly returned as a customer of PetFlow (Chewy declaring out-of-stock for at least another week or two on a prescription product), I was relieved to find the item I needed, my stock being in short supply. Price was competitive and I was happy to see that PF had favorably revised its delivery scheduling. While I placed the order for the requisite SO urinary-designated canned food for dogs, I did not realize that I was not ordering the "adult" lowered-calorie version. As I was used to rotely clicking through to re-order from my list of previous orders, I simply was not aware of my error (the cans look the same). Perhaps the PF order page might also include a highlighted notice that the product is available in two formulas.
