Perhaps I did it wrong but I intended to place an order for immediate delivery and then get set up up automatic delivery at 13-week intervals. I received the first order last week and the renewal order today -- I have enough food for 6 months now. I will cancel the renewal and just reorder when I need food again -- otherwise, the service is fine.

One of the treats had an expiration date only a month away. The other one, Hubbard’s, the bag was so beat up it looked old. The rest was fine and you delivered quickly.

I’m disappointed with my last order because instead of receiving my items in 2 days as has always been the case, it took 5 days. My point is, if petflow has changed their shipping policy, it should be posted on their website.

The prices are decent, but the website has some issues. Most frustrating was the fact that I was able to add multiple items to my cart that were actually not in stock, but the system didn't catch that they were out of stock until I was trying to pay.

Customer service is okay but there was a serious delay in items I ordered and counted on and they did not notify me. That is not good. These folks use FedEx for shipping and that service absolutely is awful. My direct driver is good but there are unaccounted for product losses and delays that in my business are not acceptable.

It took way too long to receive the cat food.

Good price on puppy food for my dog. Treats I ordered were dried out. Probably will look elsewhere for a reorder.

I would’ve rated it a 5 except the shipping. It was 4 days later than said. And I was awaiting an item to help my lil paralyzed boy for his bladder. The items themselves were just as described. Just the delay in shipping past when said it would’ve arrived is disappointing
