I really like how they carry the better quality foods. On occasion food has been delayed for whatever reason, but no notice of delay is ever given so twice I've had to go and buy food elsewhere. Which defeats the purpose of having it delivered to my door. Twice my order has been shipped short (missing part)

I was using Petflow when my regular vendor could not supply the 25 lb bag of Royal Canin PR for dogs. When I called to reorder, the man told me they did not have any in stock so I found elsewhere. When I called back to postpone future auto ship, I was told I would have needed a new prescription to continue anyway. That was not the case as my prescription would have taken me through 4/2021.

In the past I have loved your fast efficient service but recently the ship times are very slow. Two weeks to wait for my product is to long to wait when my animals need their food

I’ve been pleased with PetFlow in the past, but recently, with COVID19, their shipping takes almost 5 days to go out. Their competitors are almost back to normal and usually ship the same day. Once they get back to quick shipping, my review will go back to 5 stars.

I have been ordering dog food through Petflow for probably 10 years now, and the customer service and prices have deteriorated during that time. It used to be that customer service and prices were excellent, but that is certainly not the case any longer. Surprisingly, I can actually purchase Science Diet dog food for less money at my local brick-and-mortal pet store than I can purchase now through Petflow. Additionally, the recent update to the Petflow website has removed functionality that was previously convenient for customers (i.e. prescription info status, payment credit breakdowns, etc. etc.). Worse yet, when I have mentioned the inferior new website & diminished site functionality, multiple customer service reps seem dismissive and clearly do not care any longer. Customer service has gone from "top-notch" exemplary four years ago to mediocre now. The deterioration in service and prices is obvious over the years. Bummer.

The prices were great. Shipping was fast for covid conditions. BUT, the beef knees are very small - not from full grown cattle! OK for puppies, but my dogs are huge and I'm scared they'll try to swallow them. The braded ball I bought for the puppy (labrador) didn't last 5 minutes before she had it in pieces - again, a swallowing issue!! So, 6 minutes after giving it to her, it was in the trash!!! So are the other ball that I bought for my bully breed is surviving... but we've kept it away from the puppy!!!

Only received 10 lbs out of my 40 lbs I ordered. They said they are correcting it and resending my order but I'm unsure I'll receive it. Still haven't received a confirmation email. Never had a problem with my orders before so really hoping they send me my order.

Everything seems to work, they normally have the product I'm buying and they ship it relatively quickly (COVID has slowed them down), but the latencies between clicking the purchase button and the actual purchase happening are annoying. It currently seems like this portion of their supply chain only works on week days, 8-6 PST.
