PetFlow has difficulty with being able to obtain my Royal Canin product (vet prescribed) consistently. I have been given a number of reasons by PetFlow and each of the reasons have been disputed by the Royal Canin company. It’s frustrating. When PetFlow can deliver I enjoy our working relationship.

Site and ordering was fine but FedEx delivery isn't. Fd ex tracking says : "on the truck" to be delivered on a monday, then it was the same thing (on truck) for Tues. Then finally monday afternoon it was delivered. .

My order was never delivered to my home it was always delivered to my neighbor who is elderly and didn’t appreciate having these big boxes dropped off at his house so I canceled. And now I have to drive 100 miles to get my cat food and dog food

I like the service but the problem is with using fedEx. this is the 3rd tome this has happened to me I ordered on June 8 it was supposed to arrive June 16. It snow June 17th and the package has been sitting at the place not delivered since june 11. You need to use UPS instead of FedEx for more reliable service

I can’t find the fault with the quality of the products for my beloved cat ,my biggest issue is I always have hard time receiving the products. SHIPPING issue.

Delivered what I ordered pretty quick. However, the litter box was dirty and scoffed. I was planning to clean it anyway but some of the scratches won’t come out. Otherwise everything was good.

I called your customer service for information about a specific dog food, Fromm kibble. The young lady on the phone did not sound very knowledgeable. I changed from Chewy that has had superior phone support and delivery of food. Unfortunately, the Fromm kibble is not available from Chewy. I ordered from you, and it was received promptly. I will wait and see how your service performs.

Can not depend on when orders will be received. Shipments take too long Learn from Chewy, they have it down to an art.
