I definitely would have given 5 stars but the last time I ordered I had a coupon code for free treats which never arrived. Overall it's been a great experience, but if you offer an incentive to order you should follow through.

My items where not packed well and many of the dog food cans were very dented.

I signed on for a pet flow because I love Zak George. Great variety and convenient delivery but food was too near best by date so I sent it back for credit ( they don't refund.)

Shipping is a little slow but better than others. So far they have performed as promised. One fault I see is if you have auto ship you should be able to cancel it online.

The website said you had this dog food in stock so I ordered it. I was told the order was being "processed" and then still later advised that it was no longer available. Phooey.

I like the variety of products the website has. I wish the website had better filters or search. I am trying to find fetch toys, but couldnt easily find them. I also wish there was more information about the size of products or pictures of dogs with the product. There is also not much choice in subscriptions, many things I only need one time, but you cant really pick and chose what you want once and what you want a subscription of. Once you purchase you can change it. It should also let you chose, 1 month, 3 months, etc for subscriptions. I dont need bully sticks or shampoo once a month, but I could use them every 6 months.

The shopping experience was fine. I had a shipping issue, which I had contacted both PetFlow and FedEx in regards to the issue. I never had a reply from PetFlow to address my issues. I am in the process of finding a new company to purchase food for my dogs, and this lack of communication has not left a good taste in my mouth.
