I am new to Pet Flow. I ordered weeks ago. I understand the manufacturer/3rd party vendor they use may have an issue but I need a status so I know how to plan to feed my dog the several weeks I’ve been waiting to just find out a ship date. I’ve had to do the racking out. They are very responsive but wish I could get some status. And wish I wasn’t the one following up with them weekly to get a status.

Happy to find product, not really fair to review @ this time as delivery time was the issue, it was terrible...but then it wasn’t hand sanitizer

Seems like a decent website but *days* after my order was placed I got an email saying they couldn’t fulfill my order. Fine.. but now I get nonstop emails and I’m not even a customer - I was a wanna-be customer.. it’s just a lot of emails haha probably my first and last experience with PetFlow.

We normally purchase our dogs food from Chewy, but they were out, so we tried PetFlow for the first time as they were the only ones who had his food in stock. Thats the three stars. The reason I could not give anymore was I placed the order back on 3.20.20 and they did not actually send it to FedEx for shipping until today 3.31.20 so after waiting 10 days of our order status listed as "shipping" its now marked as shipped. Fedex estimates 4.2.20 for delivery. Just a little bummed at how long it took for this to come together when his food is a prescription diet so its not as simple as just going to a local store to pick it up. Glad I ordered when we still had 2 weeks of food left.

If you have a week or more to wait for your dog to eat. I guess it would work. Shipping is so slow.

Everything has been 5 STARS for quite a while until last week. I ordered Orijen dog food and you replied that it will be shipped the next day. 5 days later I called to find out what happened to my order. They said the warehouse was behind schedule. It was shipped right after my call. Behind schedule does not mean from 1 day to 5 days. Robert Taran

My goto site was out of my prescription cat food. I tried this site and found it! I received a detailed confirmation email and product was delivered quickly as promised. My only regret is the price was quite high when compared to my normal goto site. If price were more on line with my normal site this would be a clear cut 5 star review!
