My shipment had not shown up. I called and it was on its way, even though I hadn’t received a notice of shipping. The customer service was great and it arrived the next day. The box was mangled, but the food was fine. I believe it had more to do with the shipping company. The box had a couple of numbers written on it and crossed out. Petfloe has always been very good is!🐾

This order was shipped extemely promptly. I WAS a repeat delivery company witha rival company in which my order was processed, billed, then sat there with NO correspondence. Yet they were still sending marketing emails saying they coukd ship in 2 to 3 days. I placed an order with Petflow and recieved it in about 3_ 5 days - long before the other order which finally arrived on March 31st. Petflow will be my go to now!
