I placed an order for prescription food for my cat. Our vet has her listed under a different last name than mine. I realized a few days after placing the order that Vet Source would have trouble getting the prescription filled with my vet because of the mismatch on the last name. I called Petflow and they rebooked the order with the correct last name. The person I spoke with was courteous and knowledgeable. She fixed the problem very quickly and I really appreciated that. Thank you.

I ordered and received 4 cases of wet cat food. The order process was easy and the items were delivered on time. I will shop here again.

I like this company because they carry the dog foods that I prefer to feed my dog. Their prices are reasonable and the food comes to my door in a reasonable amount of time. I also like that they donate to shelters. I've actually recommended to friends.

During the COVID-19 crisis, I was unable to get my dog's food at the normal local place. I was so grateful to find it on Petflow, and for a good price. It shipped to me for free and faster than I expected. I am so incredibly relieved that I will not run out of food in the near future. Thank you for carrying my dog's high-quality Fromm brand, and thank you also for limiting purchases to one bag per customer during this time to make sure everyone can get what they need.
