Second time I ordered sardine oil and on both orders the pump lid become loose and the oil leaked all over. I called about the first one and petflow was very good at sending me another one (which also leaked) and refunding my account. I'm very pleased with the product but there needs to be a better way to have shipped so it doesn't unscrew and leak.

it Is not so honest because when you show the royal canin kitten loaf canned food online as made in the USA, but after I ordered it, the food came as royal canin slices and not the same food as made in the USA either. Later I called you and emailed you and talked much. You gave me refund but I really felt embarrassed to get the refund and had no place to return them the food. I will give it to some cat shelter soon but my husband is busy and he can’t do it right away.

Description of product incomplete, inaccurate, no free shipping

I shop quite a bit online, however, for some reason your website was not clear and the product was shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address.

My order was damaged in shipping, so it was undeliverable. They sent out a new order, which I still haven’t received. They also did not offer a credit or discount until I specifically asked. They then gave me a $5 credit on an order over $70.

After I euthanized my dog, I wanted to pause my shipments of dog food until I got another pooch. I figured I would cancel or pause my current order and then create a new one or edit the old one when I needed dog food again. PetFlow does NOT allow you to do this online. You can set an order to ship later, but then you have to keep postponing it every few weeks. You can remove some things from your cart, but not everything to totally eliminate getting a shipment. So, I thought I would just cancel my account. You can't do this online, either. I absolutely hate this: It's an online account; it should be manageable online. It isn't. You have to call customer support to cancel. Just what you're looking for - some other thing you have to worry about when your pet has died. Some parts of the service were fine. That is to say, they did what they were supposed to do - ship me dog food. Which just isn't that complicated. I only used PetFlow because we had to get special diet food that wasn't available locally except for a huge cost through our vet. Otherwise, I would much rather have purchased locally to support local pet stores. PetFlow's prices on some things were lower than local prices and other online stores. Some were not. I suggest shopping around a little bit. Were I to sign up for another service or use the online tools from one of the big pet store chains.

The service is great, but over the few years I've been using it the costs have gone up. I can now order the exact same products from another service for less than what I'm getting them through PetFlow. It's terrible they give you the option to cancel your service from your account, but it doesn't actually cancel the subscription. The link gives you a reference # & phone number to call for them to talk you into keep the subscription verses letting you out of the auto ship program. That alone makes me want to leave PetFlow even more.

Very disaponted in shipping and receipt. To date I have had 3 different delivery dates and have yet to receive my products
