I'm so excited to find this wonderful company. I did a lot of research to find a great dog food at a reasonable price. I'm thrilled to have the auto ship so it's one less errand I have to run. I love how they show their employees with their dogs and help the underprivileged.

I ended up having 2 autoships. As soon as I caught that the 2nd one shipped, I sent a chat in. This is what they did for me, they cancelled my mistake autoship, caught my shipment when it scanned at FedEx and got me a refund without any fuss and not having to contact them again. PetFlow is definitely worth getting your pet food from!

Was having issues with damaged dog food cans on a few orders. It was very frustrating and I almost switched & went directly to the manufacturer even though Petflow would send me a credit. I just wanted my order in good condition without any hassles. After the last complaint of damaged cans, Petflow sent me a free case that was received in good condition and when I re-ordered it was also in good condition. So they have stepped up in making the things right. Thank you Petflow!!!
