Honestly.... your deliveries are slow compared to Chewy. You send me too many emails, which clutters my email box, wastes my time and makes want to do less business with you. So, are you going to respond and assist or is this survey going into the great beyond of asking for feedback but doing nothing because you really don't care? Challenge my friend🙂

Products poorly packed. Catnip jar opened during shipping. None of the 4 bags of dry cat food arrived with its original vacuum packing, all were loose. FedEx delivery was late, driver lied about "supposedly" closed business.

I ordered Royal Canin Urinary Diet Cat Treats several weeks ago. I hadn't found them anywhere else because they have been sold out. PetFlow said they were in stock. Perhaps a day or so after ordering, I got an email from PetFlow saying the item was back ordered. And, fine, I wouln't be billed until they ship. I've heard nothing since about the order and don't know whether to seek them elsewhere, cancel the PetFlow order, or what. Would appreciate some follow up on when I can expect shipment.

I ordered 15 lbs of Orijen 6 Fish kibble. I got 12 cans of Kiwipeak venison. How do you make a mistake like that? When I called about the mistake, they acted like they were doing me a favor by sending the right food "no extra charge" and that they were sending a return label for the canned food so I could return it "at no charge." Well, I should hope so! Fortunately, I was not low on food, so the extra week it took to get the mess straightened out didn't matter. But what if I was out of food? I will not order from PetFlow again.

I switched over to Petflow when Chewy.com stopped selling my dog food. I have tried to order things like toys and treats but there is one problem. NONE of their items show size in inches or oz. How can I order a "large ball" or a "medium bully stick" if I don't know how many inches it is? The bags of treats don't show how many oz's either. I called to ask customer service what size a ball was and she said she didn't know. It's VERY hard to shop this way PetFlow!

The packaging of items sent couldn't be much worse. The canned dog food was not secured with bubble wrap and almost every can was dented!

First time to order and not impressed....paid for two bags of food, received one. Emailed to notify (could not find any customer service phone number) and took an extra week almost to receive second bag. Both cardboard boxes looked really crappy....was expecting to see food leaking out of bags...one had piece of metal embedded in box...my dog could have gotten a hold of it and ate it....he loves to chew/eat everything he finds. Very disappointed.

The past 2 order i have Placed have had significant damage (dents) in a number of the cans of cat food (friskes) I thought the first was a fluke but when the second order came and more of the cans were dented that was just worrisome. I will need to rethink using your service
