I've never used petro home Services so I have no idea why you would want a review from me

Your prices for your service contract and estimates for fuel this year are not good. May need to start shopping around after being a loyal customer for 20+ years.

We were scheduled for a yearly tune-up on a gas system, Petro sent a tech that only knew oil systems, we needed to reschedule. Then waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone to reschedule a week later. This company has been going downhill for years.

Scheduled winter service months ago and the night before the appointment, it was canceled.

Overpriced and does not honor their words, only super friendly and goes above and beyond when it comes time to renew your contract.

Tried to make a tuneup for my oil fired heating system That is included in my maintenance plan THAT I PAID FOR and was told the first available day was the end of March. The heating season is nearly over by then.

Melissa had no desire to retain me, so I left Petro.

A 30 year customer and they started with the price for oil at 7.29 after negotiating to 6.29 and then when I said a have a competitive price at 5.79 they said ok I’ll match that. To me that is deceptive pricing. Why try to rip me off ? I’m with another company now.
