Poor customer support
I purchased a one-year subscription to PHP Architect, but my experience has been disappointing due to account and billing issues. The account issue was eventually resolved after three days. However, the billing / shipping address issue has remained unresolved for over a month, despite multiple requests for assistance. The address I provided is still missing / incorrect in my account, and I have serious doubts that I will receive the print copies included in my subscription plan. My requests to correct the billing and shipping information have simply been ignored. I understand that technical issues can happen, but ignoring a paying customer's repeated requests for more than a month is unacceptable. I paid for a subscription and expect to receive what I purchased. At this point, the lack of communication and failure to resolve a basic billing and shipping issue have significantly undermined my confidence in PHP Architect. I cannot recommend their service based on my experience with their customer support.
