Never received my product This site is a scam. They have refused to provide proof of delivery and haven't given me a refund or offered to resend me the product I ordered.

Hi Ciro! First of all, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced! We have checked your order, and here is your tracking number: SDH0094903556. The tracking link is: https://t.17track.net/en#nums=SDH0094903556 Since the order has already been successfully delivered to your mailbox, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items after successful delivery, as many customers have taken advantage of this to do unethical things like take extra products. We hope you can understand! If you have evidence of someone taking your order, we can file a complaint with the shipping company and help you get adequate compensation.
