We built an AI assistant for handling incoming requests with them. What mattered most to me was that they replied within a day and flagged problems early instead of after the fact. Deadlines shifted a couple of times, but they told us honestly and right away. Happy with the result, we're still working together.

We came to Plavno with a half-built learning platform — the previous team had walked, and there was barely any documentation left. Honestly, I expected to be told we'd have to rewrite everything from scratch. Instead they spent two weeks auditing the code and showed us what could be kept and what was genuinely easier to redo, with the reasoning for each. After that it was a calm process: a weekly call, tasks in a tracker we had access to. When we changed the reporting requirements for instructors halfway through, they didn't hide behind the original spec — they just worked out honestly how much time it would add. It added three weeks, and they told us upfront. We launched in May and we're now at around 2,000 active students. On the downside, we got our timezones mixed up a couple of times early on, but once we fixed a standing slot for calls that went away.

Plavno delivered a functional LMS that helped the client communicate better with their customers and improve customer experience. The team showed impressive technical expertise and worked under sprints and Agile methodology. Plavno had effective and clear project management using Jira.
