Ordered for Grandson’s birthday, delivered quickly and was easy to cast - very cute and was a lot longer than I expected. Very good quality - I will order again (& again).

A picture of another children was put instead of my daighters. My daughter asked me who she was. I email them of this issue and never received a response back. I asked if they could fix it before leaving this negative feedback and no response. After a while I did receive a response and fixed the issue. Thank you so much for fixing the issue. My daughter is happy now ☺️

It's just amazing. There's no word to describe how amazing it looks. The only change that I advice it's to slow down the voice at the birthday wish as I found it a bit rushed but otherwise it looks so good. Thank you for your time. Can't wait for my daughter's face when she sees it.

The video itself is fantastic but i had a couple of small issues with the wording & they fixed it straight away without any problem.Highly recommend will definitely use again
