My urine test turned dark red on contact! As I suspected, I have lots of inflammation. I was already taking lots of expensive supplements and prescription drugs for high lipids, hiperthyroidism & breast cancer recurrence prevention. I am forever thankful that I listened to my inner voice and watched Dr. Pompa's Facebook presentation on "Your Thyroid# instead of scrolling past it a month ago. I'm almost finished with the Prep Phase and ready to start the Body Phase and Detoxing next week. I appreciate how my coaches, Milena & Dawn have been so positive, knowledgeable and encouraging. I already lost 4 pounds just by cutting out the sugars & processed grains & foods & switching to healthy oils, good fats & cutting out junk food. I am enjoying the Facebook community, the videos, the live presentations, as well as the Pompa Portal information, the books and the Shop portal. The Pompa Program offers all I need to get De-inflamed & get healthy & stay healthy for a Quality, disease-free life for many years to come. The money I invested is for my health, which to me is priceless. In the long run, the Pompa Program will save me so much money on not needing future health care and all the prescriptions and supplements I was currently taking that weren't getting into my inflamed cells! At four weeks in I am already feeling better and sleeping better and have more energy than I have for years. Thank you, Dr. Pompa & Company!

My husband and I started this program in June and we LOVE IT. It has helped us both so much. It cleared our brain fog, helped with aches and pains. It has helped me with my arthritis and fibromyalgia, less swelling and less pain. We both would highly recommend it. And we love our coach, Dawn, she was helpful and supportive.

Sherie Smith is the best. She is very inspirational, devoted, throughral, and helpful. She actually spent about a half an hour Ionger with me on our call than our set time. I believe she truly has your best interest at heart and wants to do her part to help get your health and life back. She inspired me so much, that I would Love to do what she does by helping other people achieve their goals too, after I succeed the program! I can't wait to get started!
