I was unsure of the process to say the least. My wife made me attend the analysis call — I reluctantly sat through from the sidelines. I did listen and by the end my wife encouraged we do it as a family. What they were saying made sense with the world today so I conceded. After 8 months I can say my family’s life has been changed and I’m glad my wife pushed me to take this step for our family. Thankful for the pompa team.

This program really helped me cut through the fluff of everything out there and all the noise of what I should do to help my health. I was skeptical at first but it all made too much sense to pass up. I had upfront wins like being able to sleep through the night, anxiety free at times, to now feeling amazing almost all the time and doing things I could never do before.

Roy had long haul Covid. Extremely tired all he did was sleep since dec 2019. He has so much Energy now he got his life back and we have the tools to keep it that way which is an important thing. I lost my weight. And I’ve been struggling with this for the last five years. Now normal weight, my blood work is great, and BMI is normal. Thank you so much for offering this program to the public and not just for the doctors.

The whole program is outstanding. Life changing. I learned so much about my health. I'm down 35 pounds which i could never lose before. My coach Kathleen was the best. I can't recommend this program enough to someone especially those who have tried everything. Stick with it and don't quit. It will be one of the best things you have ever done for your health.
