i have been using PowerStep for 8 years. I have a set for every pair of shoes I own. Totally pain free since they were first recommended by my podriatist and not had to go back to see him sense.

My first pair of Powerstep inserts were purchased from my Podiatrist. I then purchased a couple more pair for my other shoes/ boots because they relieved the issues I had with my feet. I since decided to just purchase them from the Powerstep people since its easier and I know they'll always be in stock. They were delivered to my front door.
