Powerstep insoles have helped tremendously in keeping my plantar fasciitis away. I wear them around the house and anytime I’m going to be on my feet for a long time.

I was in desperate need of real arch supports (plantar fasciitis issues) and after trying these have bought probably 5 pairs - hey I have more than one pair of footwear (work boots, sneakers, loafers).

Best orthodics I have purchased. Have supination and they have helped greatly. Cost about $45 vs ones custom made that cost $600+ and insurance will not cover. Give them a try.
