We have only been here two short months and things have run pretty smoothly. Our biggest complaints are more about the facility itself than the staff. The bathroom situation is poor given it is shared bathrooms for both men and women. Men do not lock the door, presenting for an awkward situation when we walk in on them. This has happened on 5 separate occasions within the past month. The bathrooms themselves do not always smell clean. Do wish the ice machine in the kitchen would be repaired as there is not enough room in the freezer to bring own in. We do appreciate the coffee and tea made available daily.

This is a great place to lease an office. Nice office park. Very professional. High Speed Internet is top notch. Your clients will be impressed. Faye, Cindy and the team go out of their way to ensure you have all you need for a friendly, professional environment. I highly recommend.

The extras should be reviewed; $99 for Internet is a bit pricey, especially for small firms with 1 person!!

So far last one month I'm pleased using this business office. Only one thing I don't like is that I can hear neighbor's noise (mostly voice) whenever she is on the phone...

I needed a small office for a project for 6 weeks. They are flexible, the cost was reasonable, well trained efficient staff, good offices in a great location. The building is well cared, fast efficient elevators that you never wait. For new tenants, parking might be an issue since parking within the building is full, and you have to find something outside. After some trial and failure, I settled with Beverly Hills public parking for extended services for evening-night times and weekends/holidays, as other business buildings closes, and you have to have the key, code or something to open the gate, to get to the garage. Public parkings are open all the time for shoppers and diners. The only negative for me was the air conditioning; the office was too cold, and the maintenance could not adjust it.
