Martin Alon worked with us to find an agreeable price point. The space is adequate for us to get established in Burbank while we find more permanent office space. Arlen and Michele at the front desk keep everything running smoothly day to day, and are super responsive to every need, which is really important to us. They helped make everything seamless and I'm pretty sure the place would grind to a halt without them around. The location is great too, convenient to get to and even the security guards are pleasant and helpful. Our clients are always impressed by the office when they visit. We're happy we chose this location over all the other available options.

Professional look and feel. Professional environment. Excellent service. High floor with great views and lots of windows and light. You will feel energized to work, collaborate, and yet feel at home. The people here are terrific.
