Quick turn around and shipping

I was basically very happy with the product, a 36 page. middle-stitched booklet, especially in comparison to a local printer who had charged 7 times more per copy. I was also impressed by the promptness and responsiveness of their customer service. My only complaint, if one wants to call it that, is that the text, Georgia 10 pt which I have been using for 20 years for digital publications, appears somewhat "thinned out".

The printing is very good, and the photos came out clear. However, why is it your practice to print on both sides of the book covers? I realize I could have asked you not to, but I needed to receive the books by a certain date. However, it seems this is your default practice, which isn't ideal.

The customer service was great. They responded quickly to my emails.

The books look amazing! There are a couple of images that didn't match the approved proof where the background is showing and not the image, but overall, I'm happy with what I purchased.

Overall good communication with the Printivity team, and my final products were perfect (after some back and forths and slight issues with getting the mockup right). paper was good quality and materials were consistent

Everyone was really receptive in my needs and it was easy enough once I saw how the site was set up.
