Excellent Customer Handling
I had left my appointment a few days after the 90 day expiry. I called and firstly very quickly got a real human on the line. The real human was super courteous, and fast and efficient in both understanding my issue and finding a solution. Within around 10 minutes I was able to take my tests and the results were shared in 2 days, vs the 3-5 day SLA.

If you are suspicious of a STD or feel uncomfortable to test because you feel doctor’s assistant will be in your business, test here. It’s very quick and confidential. They draw your blood & you go about your day. I got my results really fast and my mind is now at ease.

My experience was stellar…the website…
My experience was stellar…the website was easy to navigate…my wait time was minimal…my clinician was professional, polite and I felt no pain when he inserted the needle to draw my blood. My test results were delivered in 3 days.
