The tests advertised were not available…
Wow these guys are serious about customer service. Had an issue and they more than made it right and it was instant after my complaint.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We unfortunately were not notified of the shortage at the particular testing center you visited, otherwise we would not have sent you there. We will never make our patients pay for testing that isn't performed. Our director of patient services will reach out to you in private to address your concerns in further detail, and provide a refund for any test(s) that were not performed.

getting in for testing took some time
getting in for testing took some time, I'm sure partially due to Covid but everything was quick and went very smooth. The girls at the front desk were extremely curteous and pleasant. the blood draw and testing was painless.
